How To Order

International orders: please email us from the Contact Page with your order before sending payment.

There are three ways to order from our site:

1. Online shopping using our shopping cart – we accept most major credit cards. To place an order, simply click on the “Add To Cart” icon for any item you wish to purchase.  The shopping cart keeps track of your order.  You can check the status of your cart by clicking “View Cart” in the top menu of any page. To complete your order, click on the “Checkout” button in the shopping cart window.  Your credit card details will be collected via an SSL secured server. (Note: you do not have to join PayPal to use your credit card.)

2. Mail order – we accept payment in the form of a check, purchase order, or money order. (Click here to download the PDF version of our order form.) Our mailing address is J.D. Wall Publishing Co., Box 297, Smithtown, NY, 11787.
